Your free consultation

In this first step you’ll consult virtually with Chef Tara and discuss the individual needs of your household. This is a great opportunity to ask Tara any questions related to your nutrition and how she will help you reach your goals. She will also provide an estimate of the cost to get you back to the things that matter most.

HomeMade Healthy visits your home

During your intake appointment, Tara will do a home visit and tour your kitchen and pantry with you. This is when you’ll discuss food sensitivities, dietary restrictions and your personal tastes and preferences. You can also begin brainstorming what sort of meals you want her to prepare for you!

Book your cook days

Do you need weekly meals? Bi-weekly or monthly visits? HomeMade Healthy is here to work around your schedule and create a meal plan that suits your home.
